Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition as originally supplied, unused, and in their original packaging where possible.
Unless the return is due to our error (for example, we have sent the wrong item, or the goods are faulty or damaged on arrival), the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
